Summary: Very nice place. We came to Fargo for a wedding and this place was close to everything that we needed to be at. Neighbor was very nice.

Summary: This was an excellent property for celebrating our daughter's graduation from college. My wife and I and our two adult sons and girlfriends stayed at the house. There was more than enough space for the six of us. The house was better equipped than any vacation rental we've ever stayed in. We cooked every meal we ate. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the Blackstone grill was a plus. The backyard was also a great hangout. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: This is a nice and comfortable home. We lacked nothing and we did not need Richard over the weekend because everything was taken care of already but he made himself available just in case. The home is in a nice residential area very near the university. We would certainly choose this home again if we were coming back to Fargo.

Summary: We traveled to Fargo to visit our college kiddo and found this home to be absolutely perfect for our needs. It was the perfect mix of old charm with beautiful and thoughtful upgrades. It is clear that Richard has put amazing thought into the renters experience. We traveled with teenagers and dogs and all felt very comfortable in this space! Richard was a wonderful communicator and so generous with recommendations. The location was very convenient as well and the neighborhood is lovely and well kept. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

Summary: Spent 2 nights for a wedding. Worked great for our family. If I had one suggestion is to change out the double bed for a queen and to turn the pull out chair into a full Murphy bed. That would make it perfect! Otherwise great location!
